Osmote, where we believe in the natural pursuit of balance in winemaking.
We make low-impact wines in the Finger Lakes, naturally fermented, light on their feet, and built around freshness, texture, and restraint. The goal is always the same: balance you can feel.
Osmote is family-run and lake-shaped. Cool summers. Softer extremes. Longer hang time. That slow, steady moderation is the point: wines that find balance and complexity naturally instead of being forced into it.
We produce under 24,000 bottles a year, working with classic varieties and modern disease-resistant hybrids, because the future of this region is being written in real time. The result is bright, light-bodied wine with clarity over weight and energy over extraction.
And yes, you’ll spot Osmote on Michelin-starred lists. But we’re not here to cosplay fine dining. These are wines that can show up dressed up or dressed down: white tablecloth, picnic blanket, Tuesday night pasta, your friend’s couch. Always comfortable. Always alive.
